SFC Welcomes the Re-appointment of Mr Raymond Kwok as Non-Executive Director

The SFC warmly welcomes the re-appointment by the Financial Secretary of Mr Raymond Kwok as a Non-Executive Director of the SFC.
 
“We are grateful to the Non-Executive Directors for their independent views, professional advice and active participation in the Commission’s affairs,” said SFC Chairman, Mr Andrew Sheng. “We look forward to Mr Kwok’s continuous support and contribution to the SFC.”
 
Mr Kwok has been an SFC Non-Executive Director since 1998. He is also the Chairman of the SFC’s Budget Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
