SFC Prosecutes {X} for Disclosure of Interests Offence

The SFC has successfully prosecuted {X} for disclosure of interests breaches.

{X} today pleaded guilty to two summonses in relation to {X} failures to make timely disclosure to both the Stock Exchange and Artfield Group Limited the disposals of his interests in Artfield in October 2006, contravening Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Mr Douglas Yau, Acting Principal Magistrate at Eastern Magistracy, fined {X} a total of $9,000 and ordered him to pay investigation costs of $6,940 to the SFC.
